About hosting — Your proposal includes first-year hosting on Black Box Media servers (ChemiCloud) with SSL, regular backups, and ongoing maintenance. We'll handle the technical setup; we just need to know where your domain is registered today and whether you have an existing site we're replacing.

Logo, colours, typography, and the overall feel we should be designing toward.

Sitemap & Page Structure
Confirming the pages outlined in your proposal and any extras you'd like considered.
Proposal scope — 5–8 page custom WordPress site. Default page list from your proposal: Homepage, About, Services, Products / Equipment, Testimonials (optional), FAQ, Contact. Confirm what's in, what's out, and flag any additions (additional pages may be out of scope).

What we'll feature on Services and Products / Equipment pages, plus any forms or integrations.

Content, Assets & Inspiration
What you'll provide, what we'll write, and the look-and-feel references that resonate with you.
About content — Your proposal includes collaborative content creation. The more raw material you provide (existing copy, brochures, product specs, photos), the more accurately we can capture your voice. We'll polish, structure, and SEO-optimize what you give us.

SEO, Account Access & Authorization
Search visibility, the accounts we'll need access to, and final sign-off.
How we handle access — We never collect passwords through this form. For Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile, we'll send you manager invitations so you keep full control and can revoke access anytime. For your domain registrar and any platforms requiring a password handoff, we'll coordinate via a secure channel (1Password, Bitwarden, or a one-time encrypted link) separately.

Once submitted, we'll review everything and reach out within one business day to confirm next steps. You'll receive manager-access invitations for each platform — accept them at your convenience and we're good to start the 10-day build. Welcome aboard.
